Out-of-scope and project work is billed at $175/hr remote and $225/hr on-site. A one-time onboarding fee (greater of $750 or one month) covers setup — waived for Founding Clients. Month-to-month, 30-day notice. Every engagement starts with a signed service agreement and a discovery call.

Common questions.

Are there long-term contracts?

No. Everything is month-to-month with 30 days' notice — we earn your business every month. A signed service agreement covers authorization, data handling, and liability; that's for your protection, not a lock-in.

What does the $150 Monitor plan include?

24/7 monitoring, patching, alerting, and a monthly report. It's a monitoring plan, not a help desk — if you want people to call for support, Managed Secure is the fit. Honest and simple, with a clean upgrade path.

Why an onboarding fee?

A one-time fee (greater of $750 or one month) that covers documenting your environment, deploying our tools, and reaching a known-good baseline. Founding Clients have it waived.

Do you work on-site?

Yes, when it's needed. Managed Plus includes two on-site hours a month within 25 miles; additional on-site and project work is billed hourly. Most day-to-day support is handled remotely and fast.

Who actually does the work?

A senior engineer — with automation handling the routine, always-on parts. You get the reliability of a bigger shop with the accountability of a local one.
